This study introduces a novel measure of partisan alignment between firms and employees in the US using data from 1,691,790 campaign contribution filings linked to PAC donations. Analysis reveals that employee political contributions strongly correlate with their employers' party affiliations. Key findings show significant associations between firm-level factors (e.g., industry type) and occupation characteristics with this alignment pattern.
